Support for newer msp430's using newer msp430 compiler.

* Resistor enable feature (switchable pull up/down)
* Fuller definition of ports and pins using new compiler defines
* Support larger parts with ports 7 and/or 8
* Tested with MSP430 models F1611, F2417 and F2617
