Apparently tinyos does not require emacs to build.

For whatever reason, I cannot replicate the prior behavior where some emacs
based script was being ran.

debian/control should not be in the repo; only debian/control.in.

Fix debian/master changelog to fit our needs

Add gbp.conf.template, a template for .gbp.conf.

Update the debian build process to allow building 64-bit tinyos-tools on 64-bit hardware.  Currently, build using pbuilder, with 32-bit on 32-bit hardware and 64-bit on 64-bit hardware.  Need more testing to allow one machine to build both arches.

Update changelog.  Latest version incorporates updates to motelist and tos-bsl.

Debianize the tinyos package.  This directory builds tinyos, tinyos-tools, tinyos-source, tinyos-avr and tinyos-msp430.  tinyos-avr links to packages that aren't properly configured yet for this environment, but tinyos-msp430 does work correctly.

Updated AntiTheft app to manually start dissemination. Not tested, but should compile.

Updated TestDissemination and TestNetwork to start the dissemination service manually. I've tried TestDissemination, but haven't tried TestNetwork. Let me know if you experience any problems.

Added a test for the telosb user button code.

Added a StdControl interface, and a top-level DisseminationC component. Added a set() command to the DisseminationValue interface that changes the locally stored value w/o disseminating it.

A couple of bug fixes.

Patch from John Regehr. Make queue catch it when the underlying radio
stack issues a spurious sendDone. Currently, if the queue is empty this
will cause it to access invalid memory (past the end of an array).

The real bug is the spurious sendDone, which he observed on the mica2.
However, until this bug is fixed, we need to catch it.
