Update README

Remove setctrl

No longer need setctrl.  New xkb option added to swap windows and
control keys, which is added to the external keyboard via
/usr/share/xorg.conf.d file.  This in the cmstorm repository.

Separate output in log by a blank line

Write to log, clean up output

Log file is in user's home directory, dispcfg.log

Don't change keymaps if dry-run

change name ... again

Add i3exit script

Rename configure_displays

Call setctrl to swap keys

Works based on the presence of a CM Storm keyboard

Ensure restarted displays are restarted

Place functions before if __name__

Change name, set x bit

To LVDS and back to dualext

Close but mirrors dual ext when coming from laptop

Apparently position isn't valid unless it is 0x0 or right at the edge of
an existing enabled window.

Re-xrand even if 'identical'

To ensure preferred resolution, set primary, and remove any mirroring,
etc.

Find and use preferred resolution
