setbaudrate to setrawbaudrate.

setbaudrate now takes a baudrate argument (e.g. "115k") while the
factor goes to setrawbaudrate (baudrate * 0.004096).

also added commented instructions for changing bt uart to 230k from
default 115200.

added document explaining use of bt modules with this configuration.
