No need to link ~/.vimrc

Because VIM 7.4 (and maybe earlier) looks for the .vimrc file in
$HOME/.vimrc and $HOME/vim/.vimrc on Linux, there is no need to make a
separate link for .vimrc if vimrc is in vim/.
install.sh diff | blob | history
vim/vimrc [new file with mode: 0644] blob
vimrc [deleted file] blob | history
