bpcdump: simplify method for finding oldest backup on esata drive.

bpcdump: Improve info message when freeing space on the esata device.

Add modified vzmigrate that fixes offline migration problem when DISK_QUOTA=no.
Also imported the vzmigrate.orig that we modified since we have no vendor tree
right now.

Run backups of BPC only once per week (Fri mornings)

Guidelines for recovering a bpcbackup, with early thoughts on the operation of
a scripted bpcrestore, which would be more automated.

Add a commend to restartve so it is clear when the restart has finished and
bpcdump is on to the next subtask of the backup process.  Also, have bpcdump
save the VE's configuration files into its /etc/vzdump directory prior to
starting the backup, just like vzdump does.

Format incorrect for crontab entry.  Also fix comments.

Add /usr/local to the scripts' PATHs.  Move cron job to 4am.

Running under at, root does not get /sbin or /usr/sbin in the path.  Add it in
the script.

Better logging, better error reporting, fix defect in removing old backup
directories to free space for new ones.

Have to eval when looking for oldest backup to remove so file globbing is done
by the shell.

Change when the backups run.

Add bpcbackup wrapper, create crontab file to run bpcbackup.  Some fixes to
bpcdump.

Turn off par2 use, clean up filenames, fix cleanup actions, fix dstmd5 calc.

Calculates sblks/dblks correctly now.
